Mini's the NPOW

 A VNWR Newbie Project Of the Week
While most people go and build free sites and tgp/tgp2 galleries,
for trafficing thier empires and getting hits to thier sponsors.
Many do not do the reuse of thier building to the full extent that they can.
In this weeks project we go into some of that by doing "Mini's".
At first glance they may seem very much like reg. free sites,
but when you do them and find they take just a scant few minutes to make,
you will understand why these are "Mini's"

Galleries
Lets start with some obvious left overs, tgp and tgp2 galleries.
These are there already, content is there, ads are there.
You have these pages are built and ready to go!
You are half way there for this project and didn't even know it!
You will have these galleries, a main page, and entrances.
Use the same colors and text as what you have in the galleries.
This saves you from making those decisions, and saves you time.

They are called mini's because you don't have to put alot of thought or work into them.
Instead of building for link lists and link type sites,
You build for getting them out quickly and to get accepted at the AVSes you use.
Several of which will take 10-15 pic sites.
If an AVS accepts your "Mini's",
there are very few top lists you won't get accepted on also.
So you are covered with being accepted to them also.
You should always build SE ready sites and pages so that part is assumed.

The Main Page
Part of them being quick "Mini's" is that you have no illusion you are presenting.
You are building for a certian niche or subniche.
With this in mind, you make the main page of the "Mini's" very simple and quick.
You have a targeted sponsor HPA(half page ad) or 1/4 page sized table ad.
You also have links to your galleries.
Now leave it ALONE, don't mess with it, add more ads, tweek this or that.
Simply STOP right there with it, and leave it alone, it'll work fine as it is.
Do not tie yourself up with the fine details of other stuff on this page.
It's not needed and will not provide you the extra $$$ for the extra time you spend.
That's it for this page, it's a down and quick page to generate.

Entrances
Mini's get traffic from 3 types of places.
1. AVSes
2. Search Engines
3. Top Lists
This means you will need 3 types of entrances, one type for each.
But, they are all basicly mirrors of one another.
First, make your no recip. non AVS entrance for the SE's.
Have a title for it(your Mini site), call it something to do with the niche.
Have one banner with text on it on this page.
Have one text ad on this page.
The rest of the normal stuff for any site can go here to.

Now copy that page and add recips to 6 to 9 toplists from 3 different time zones, to the copy.
Make sure these are in the niche you are doing or general adult toplist.
Name it something like begin.html, enter.html, start.html, etc..
But be consitant and always name the top list page all that name for every Mini you build.
This saves you a decision, and thus time in building.

Copy that first entrance again for at least 3 AVSes(the more the better).
Go to the AVSes and sign up that mini, with that copys new name as the entrance page.
A good system to use, that is very common, is to name that page after the initials of that AVS.
This helps you keep track of them.
And once you do this, consitantly use this same name each time you use that AVS.
Again this saves you a decision and time when you build.
Once you sign up they give you a entrance table to use on that entrance.
Slap the AVS entrance table where the enter link is.
Right above it add a short text blurb about them getting all the sites of the AVS and such.
Then you will normally email the AVS back telling them its live once you upload it.

You can build as many of these a day as you want,
limited by the max the AVS and top lists you use will accept.
Once you get into this reuse of content and galleries you realize that
all the decisions have basicly been made by you, excpet for grabbing the ads.
Which if you go ahead now, and build yourself a page with linked HPA's in the niches you do,
So you can simply cut and paste and run with them,
You find making "Mini's" so quick they might scare you.
Don't forget to submit all entrances and other pages to the SE's

This project brings you in traffic from alternate sources.
While traffic is less from the AVSes own lists initially, they are long term listings,
which in the long term will give you more traffic
and higher quality traffic than you can get from any link site.
This is just one step of freeing yourself from under ongoing changing and tightening rules.
Allowing you to profit more and not be "forced" to follow changes that make it less profitable for you.
This allows you to build and have already a personal larger
self generated traffic source of better quality prequalified traffic.
Many people have asked me how to get out from under the thumb of increasing rules that do not help them.
Today you have one answer to that.
There are many many more, but this is a huge start for you.
