BROKEN BIRD


This Weeks NPOW will have you smiling all the way to the bank.
Think of a bird that fakes a broken wing so it looks like easy prey.
Then you'll have a good clue as to what we are giving the surfer in this NPOW.
Your going to create a fake broken page.
If you don't have a clue what one looks like,
FTP a .txt file in the wrong format to your server.
Then go view it. You will understand quickly then.
This broken page will be a trap/filter page.

First pick 5 sponsors, one for 5 different niches.
Any 5 that you like will do, as long as they are "not" similar niches.
Use Mouseovers on these 5 sponsor links as you use them below.

Next, you'll use the XMP and /XMP tags to make raw code show up on the page.
Make the raw code some what follow a pattern but pretty garbled.
Do an entire page like this and abruptly end the page
with a "TRANSMISSION ERROR FOUND" or "ERROR - BAD PACKET ON UPLOAD".
Something along those lines, make it believable..hehehe.
Underneath of course you have all the proper page elements.
The broken part is just the illusion, the broken wing.

Now add in the page at different points your sponsor links.
Link them to certian catch phrases you'll plant that will get
the surfer to click, but will also target them.
An example of this would be a fake free hidden movie like below.

hide from all browser types [unprotected asian movie feed url= http://asianmovies.com/open/144c.html ] /hide

OR

Ebony pics Source = http://www.ebonyraw/pics/45.html

Of course you link the entire thing thats not in the xmp area or just the url its self
to the targeted sponsor that matches the blind link.
You can view source and see how I did it to help you if you need to.
Get creative with them and use the 5 niches your promoting.
But always show the niche in it so it filters before it blindlinks.
These will get large amounts of clicks from surfers hitting the page.
They like the idea of stealing from us webmasters,
So time to turn the tables back on them with fake broken pages.
Use only 5 links and make them short.
The more authentic the page looks, the better it works.
The surfers natural greed may even send his buddies to your page.
So do not be suprised if it shows up on some list somewhere,
and dumps a ton of traffic into it in a short time period.
There are people out there looking for broken pages for just that reason.
But I wouldn't count on it though, but it happens sometimes.

Place these type pages in your "internal" empire only.
Never submit these to link lists or sites, but are good for SE traffic!

Also, place an exit console leading to one of your hubs or filter pages.
No use in letting traffic get away is there.
