What if you don't get it right the first try? ...and the answer is.... You won't get it right the first time. It's *designed* that way. What do *I* know about Triples? Well... I did the first one. I did the prototype, as assigned by Voltar, four years ago. Look for "Jojasa Has Legs" in the resource section, or click here: http://www.vnwr.com/oldtom/jojasa.html Did I do the first Triple Triple Triple correctly? HELL NO. So what's the point? The Triple Triple Triple does tend to make money. That's good. But more importantly, the Triple Triple Triple is designed to teach specific skills. What are those skills? We're not telling! They're buried within the project. Key #1 is to do the project **as assigned**. Do the Triple correctly, and *then* begin the Triple Triple. Once you get *that* correct, *then* you'll be ready for the Triple Triple Triple. Why is this? One of the keys to the Triple Triple Triple, is search engine traffic management. But... how will you learn what you need to know about traffic, unless you *observe* it? For example. Pastaboy does very well with a certain sponsor. He showed me. Jojasa and I, on the other hand gave it an excellent shot, and got NOTHING. We switched to another sponsor - same sites, same traffic - and immediately made money. My point is that the other guy's traffic doesn't matter. It's *my* traffic that I need to learn. What works for *me*. The Triples Project does that for you. Let me explain. Step One is to learn to correctly interpret Voltarese. When I read one of Voltar's projects, I don't always "get it" the first time. Or, more likely, I get it, but I get it *wrong*. That doesn't mean it's a bad project, not by any means! Nor will further explanation help. No, it's when I *do* the project, that I can be helped. Voltar (or anyone else who has done the project correctly), can look at what I did, and then point me in the right direction. But there's more to it than that. The way I did it wrong, also shows *what* was misunderstood, and what needs to be done to correct it. Perhaps I misinterpreted what was said; perhaps I skipped a step; perhaps I purposely wasn't listening. Most likely, I had a blind spot. Like anyone else, I'll go with what's easiest for me. So, step one is to do the single Triple correctly, as assigned. Strangely enough, and many VNWR people will bear witness to this, nobody wants to follow the instructions!!! They'll choose niches NOT on the list. Or try this shortcut or that. And you know what? That's okay. The wasted effort *is* educational. And, on a single Triple, it's no big deal to start over. After all, you'll be ahead of the game when you start over, because you learned something. So. You've done your first Triple. And - this is most important - had it checked, and certified as Correct. You've done the SE and linklist submits, and whatever else was assigned. With that Triple, you're DONE. And... you're ready for the Triple Triple! It's a bit bigger, no big deal; you'll have trouble and get frustrated, but the help is available. Just ask! Meanwhile, though, you can watch and LEARN from that single Triple. That is, watch the traffic! What can you learn from your own stats? What's working; what's NOT working, for you? You need to apply that learning to building your triple triple. But if you never built the single Triple, how are you going to get the learning to apply? And, with the Triple Triple Triple, it's the same way. You need to do the single Triple, and the Triple Triple, to gain a certain skill level. If you've not done a Triple Triple correctly, chances are very good you'll have an unholy mess on your hands as you try to interlink a Triple Triple Triple. How do you keep track of those hundreds and hundreds of pages. But, once it's built, the whole point of your Triple Triple Triple, is traffic flow. Well, the point is making money, but that comes from sales, and the sales come from traffic flow. In other words, study your working Triple and working Triple Triple, as you're building your TTT. Get your mistakes and misunderstandings out of the way on the single and double. That's what makes the Triple Triple Triple such an accomplishment. Sure, it's a big project, but you LEARN so much along the way, that its profitability is really only the beginning. Message # 126589 209.134.132.9 Fri Feb 20 21:03:41 2004 |

Jimmer congrats now there are even more good guys on the team there! Jojasa I hope that warm weather comes this way for some meltdown! Mickeyddd maybe he just left before you woke up... what the heck were you up to last night anyhow? Marq sounds like it`s definitely time to learn about some other niches for you. Aquiring content should`nt be a big hurdle even enough to do a ttt. But this is a great place to learn and ask about new and unfamiliar niches. And I` sure there are alot of us here who could use a feew pointers on selling to the gay niche myself included! I`m know there is a niche you could sell well you are`nt aware of yet! It happens to all of us! Message # 126576 68.65.10.74 Fri Feb 20 14:05:53 2004 |

Congrats Jimmer on your new M3 handle. Congrats Marq! The triples projects are wonderful learning tools. I have done the triple myself and learned lots in the process. Think I will do a few more triples before I progress to the tt, do several tts, and then set out on a ttt. (Small moves, Ellie.) Jojasa, you should come down here to escape winter. It is supposed to get up to 79 degrees today. Have been working on a mainstream project this week but still managed to drop in every day to read the board. Figured I'd better stop and say hello so y'all don't forget me. :) Message # 126575 204.117.23.17 Fri Feb 20 13:58:41 2004 |

the interlinking would be best answered by voltar as you can see from the posts I'm still trying to get my ad text right. I've been at this off and on for a long time and have made sales and money but don't feel I'm maximizing my potential for sales so I have the theory and now am working at learning to do it all right from the basics. I know about the Niche thing because Voltar always tells to follow the lesson as he lays it out first. Once I have learned what it has to teach then make my niche fit it... LOL Cause he never covers my niche... I do know this though limiting you self to one niche looses you sales almost if not worse than not making sure your site works in multiple browsers. tag looks good jimmer..and you ahve more mail back too :) radioguy you have mail back also :) Marq...look at the rest of my post about it..the interlinking needs changed...the dead pages are important to get out of the loop...and make sure you have something you can money off of on every page.. also check all your exit consoles..i had a couple that did fire on me..but a couple that didn't.. BTW..those 3 are subniches of gay...not niches...gay is a niche...bbw is a niche...lesbian is a niche...each has many subniches... you see there is a huge filtering effect that takes effect when you use 3 distinctly differnt niches and then subniche them...you lose that advantage by doing only one niche..you lose possible cross over traffic... whihc can be very profitable.. drop the link agian today and i'll have a look at it agian this evening.. However, if you imagine for a second that my ttt is made up of three diffrent niches (instead of twinks, videos and amateurs) - would it be a ttt?, is the interlinking correct? That is what I need to know before I make new sites. Thank you for the lesson. It was a hard one to learn in one way, but I believe this GTT (gaytripletriple) can be profitable for me so it is not wasted time after all. Message # 126568 217.210.22.16 Fri Feb 20 11:01:34 2004 |

That is one of the points to the triple and triple triple and TTT. To get you building and practicing other niche ones you don't know by not following the instructions it is like you only turned in one third of the work... keeping with you school anology, instead of opening up your books to read the information that would give you the answer you tried to answer the question with what you already knew... I'm not trying to sound Harsh are anything, it just seems to me like you never followed to instructions and never learned the lesson so you never built a TTT you just took 27 sites and connected them together... On the other hand it is still quite and occomplishment to get 27 sites built and have them pass the scrutiny of voltar with the only flaw being found being the mouse over needed... congradulations on that. I will mention it to the Boss but they have 12 servers of their own and handle the load sharing with some of rotating DNS between servers... the part we are working on is getting the auction to serve live off multiple servers will just take a little experimenting I think. Also they have a contract with their current host that includes that if this host goes down for a certain length of time the host begins paying them... =-) "If you build it... They will come..." So far it is handling the load well but that spike over 38 load on the server when it starts is dangerous and we havn't even touched on the potential usage level for this yet... We need to start distributing the load between the 12 servers or maybe get a few soup up AMD64bit servers or dual opterons... We haven't even launched the app yet and are delaying it on a solution to the server load. I'm sure when we auction the spider-man #1 comic we will have a huge load... first thing..go to http://www.voltars.com/vtgp/index.html and view source..grab that all over mouseover text code from the body tag and use it on your hubs..insert your text there.. i'm on what you call a mother hub but it looks to be really just a hub...a mother hub lists other hubs..and in 3 different niche....which further inspection shows it was a mother hub..so you got that right except for one thing... you need 3 different niches...not all jsut subniche of the gay niche... as there is filtering tha takes effect.. that you will need... you also have dead pages... by that i mean.. no way to make money off of them.. if you go to this niche hub http://www.amateurboysnaked.com/amateurs/nichehub.htm and then go to this site..from there.. http://www.amateurboysnaked.com/amateurs/trailortrash/in-the-trailor/ That page should be a FPA...now it's just a dead page..leading to a fpa...get rid of those dead pages...link directly to a FPA from hubs..then from the FPA's to the entrance pages of the sites...which in turn lead to the main page and then the galleries of the sites.. hope this helps man...you do have some changing of pages to do even to keep it all gay oriented.. if it helps any..on your next one..do ask the three niches here before doing them and i can give you feedback ahead of time..no problem :) Message # 126552 148.78.245.11 Thu Feb 19 18:16:09 2004 |

i'm usually whizzing past but couldn't help noticing that Jimmer asked for a review. nice template, Jimmer! :) on top of what Voltar said, i'd also suggest breaking the middle text ad up a little more to make it a quicker read. ie, using <br> after the first sentence. in fact, i'd move the 2nd sentence down to add it to the click text, "CLICK HERE to watch the movie now - Discount Boobs Pass", and i'd changed the font color to lemon to make it stand out from the rest of the page. stressless profits, everybody! :) Message # 126549 24.25.227.133 Thu Feb 19 17:23:23 2004 |

Yep Wolfe...gotta go with Robbo on this one. Text links are still a bit long =/ If it's any consolation...I'm one of the worst for long text links. Voltar once threatened me about it! LOL! Now, I REALLY try to keep text links down to a couple lines...I TRY! hehe Also, if this is a site for link lists, you may get a few declines for the banner on that page. A cum facial is considered hardcore by some reviewers...this one included =) Message # 126522 69.3.238.20 Thu Feb 19 01:18:18 2004 |

Star trek is done. Finished a couple more chapters of XML. Now lets see what we can do with this other page... I can see I have made enough of an impression to be on your brain Voltar... Hopefully it is a good one and your not thinking how the hell can I get wolfe to stop asking me questions...LOL "To err is human -- And to blame it on a computer is even more so." Voltar I know you meant Multi if it`s any consolation. :) Yeah Multi some good spots available I know Voltar could hook you up with! These past few months those big search engines have been cooking something up. It smelled liek shit for a while too! hehe They must have rewrote the algorithyms on a larger scale than normal. Good they stay on it we just always hope results fall in our favor! Speaking of cooking there`s pages to build....or dishes to wash depending how I look at it. Thanks Merlin - I got the e-mail & replied :) Hi Voltar :) You're dead on about the current google results; the bulk of the listings from www2 & www3 were added to their main index sometime in the last 3 hours and now it looks like they're gradually shuffling in the remaining results and ironing out the creases as they go :) I've been watching this latest update roll out over the last 3-4 weeks and for the last few days have been biting all my fingernails waiting for the final "blending" (I wasn't sure which set they were going to go with) thankfully the one I was hoping for seems to be the final choice :) We've about 150 new search terms in top 30 spots and a whole lot of #1 spots... I do believe I'm finally getting the hang of this - lol :) They'll probably be jiggling around for a few days yet but the biggest "dance step" was the one they took earlier this evening... Now I just have to pray they don't change their minds and undo everything like they did in December! Seems like it's worked out well for everyone here so Google must be on the right track (at last)! Yes, I play EverCrack (Ever Quest) and some of my most common groupings for adventure include women 35 to 55... One of my guild mates who plays on a daily base is a 62 year old female law professor. There are alot of women involved in online games and to tell you the truth, Most times I would prefer to group with women as it seems more of them put the time into learning how to play the game and get good at it yet are still forgiving enough when things get all messed up and our characters die... LOL Most of the guys are young punks with attitudes looking for the quickest way to the top or hand outs and couldn't be bothered to put the time in to learn it... and the guys who have most are way too serious... One of my major projects on the go right now has to do with making money off online gaming and I will be sure to provide you a link when it gets going. =-) *hint* One company doing part of my plan just got bought out by one of its only competetors for $10 million...
