Since we are not able to conduct these interviews in person with everyone, we have developed a list of questions for you to answer. Please answer as many of the questions as you feel comfortable with and feel free to go into as much detail as you want. Remember that the world will be reading your interview so don't give out any personal information that you are not comfortable with the world knowing. Please include a picture of yourself if you are willing to have it appear in the DFN.

What is the best advice you were given when you were first getting started in this industry and what advice could you give a newbie just starting out these days?
