Setup

The remainder of the radio buttons:

Display Galleries in the Queue Database - Are the galleries that are awaiting review. The all button will display all the galleries, the other selections in the drop down are 10, 20, 40, 80. Depending how many submissions you are getting I have found 40 to be the most user friendly, error free. 80 puts a load on the server from my experience and times out. The other options are current database, these are the galleries you have currently displayed on your main page. The remainder of the selections are how ever many niches you selected for your archives. Each niche will have its own individual archive page that you will be able to edit. If need be.

Edit list breaks - This is where you enter your advertising and trade links. This is template based. Every time you rebuild your main page the breaks are added accordingly, how you set them up in the variables and options. For example. If you wanted a banner displayed at intervals of 10 your list breaks would be 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc. Every 10 galleries you would display a banner, depending how long you set your main page list to be.

Edit category change for tgp.html - This is used if you are sorting galleries by category Asian, Anal etc. It will organize your gallery listings accordingly in the specified niches.

Edit the Date Change HTML for tgp.html - This will allow you to sort your list by the date they were reviewed.

Edit Post with ID - Each gallery posted is issued a numerical id. I have found this to be useful for changing descriptions of galleries while reviewing. Someone submits a nice gallery to you, but they didn't read your rules about the length your description. Enter the post ID number and it will bring up all the information associated to the particular gallery for your editing pleasure.

Search the Gallery URL, Gallery description, Email Address, Recip - It does what it implies, searches. :)

Backup or Restore your HTML - The script by design prompts you to backup your data every 3 days. Highlight the radio button and execute function. The script will bring up another window, databases.txt will be the default backup. Select Backup or Restore, Execute function the script when complete will bring you back to the main admin page. With the SQL Version you need to telnet in to your server issue the command /usr/bin/perl backup your SQL database will be backed up the ags.pl and stored in your cgi-bin tgp directory.

Edit Variables and Options - Will bring your back to the Setup, Part 1 of Go For It.

That wraps it up for this week. Next week we will go over the templates. So what are you thinking? Have something to say? Why not be heard submit an article to Wingnutt, or should we call him Sandy :)
