I hope last weeks setup of Autogallery was encouraging, the set up is the easy part. If your not committed to your goals you won't succeed. Period. This weeks installment of Go For It, is the Admin console, the heart and sole of the script. Each radio button has it's own set of controls/functions, listed hierarchically. Rebuild all pages, rebuilds all your tgp main pages and archives. Rebuild main page, and Rebuild archives rebuilds the pages respectively.

Manually Submit - Function is only available with the SQL version of the script. I find this function to be very useful. You can add pages to the script *preapproved* into the database so the next time you rebuild your pages the posts will get added. This is also going to be useful when you add filler galleries, or do you think that because you opened your tgp you will get hundreds of submissions?

View Update Blacklist - Also differs from the cgi version of Autogallery. The SQL version gives you the capability of banning IP's, which comes in handy.

View Update Recip Links - What this function enables you to do is check the gallery submission for a recip link. You need to enter valid linking information for your tgp into the script template. When someone posts a gallery to your tgp, the script will check for the valid recip link on their page. For example http://submitarticles tothedfnweekly.com, if the script doesn't find this link on the pages it will instantly reject the post and notify the poster they must add your recip to be reviewed for inclusion into your main page.

View Update Reject Email - If a gallery is approved/rejected and the submitter checked off confirmation email when they submitted they will get an email with either your congratulations, or "Your Gallery has been declined" for the following reasons. For example, read the rules!

View Update Icons - This is where you can add icons that appear next to your submissions, hot, must see etc.

Add Partner - A partner is someone who has earned your respect with their gallery making abilities. When they submit, their galleries will automatically be added to your main page saving you the time to review their nice galleries

Add Moderator - Used for adding a gallery reviewer. The reviewer will have access to the admin but won't have permissions to the edit functions

Display Partners, Moderators, Cheat Reports - Does what it says it does, displays your partners, moderators and cheat reports :)

Disable Post.cgi - You are not accepting submissions for what ever reason

Restore Default Template - Will restore your pages back to the defaults. It's the last entry on the list, with some space. Why? It does exactly what it implies, resets all your defaults, very unforgiving
