Oh Yea, we are still building for the Xmas season. When doing this project make sure you place some holiday look, include small graphics, keywords, colors, or backgrounds on it. In this weeks project we will be building one free site each. This is going to take two weeks, this is part 1 of 2. Everyone who wants in on the project needs to post on the VNWR board saying so. And you will be expected to follow thru with it. Include an email to me at voltar@vnwr.com as well. You'll see the info to include below. This will be a community project. This first weeks job is simple for you. So make sure you go get search engine submissions done each day, For whatever sites you already have. It will get them in there for the Xmas season.

The Project

This should not be hard to follow. If it is, then you may think about not doing this one. You will use the Basic Free Site NPOW when you build in part two of this project. As well as a FPA that leads to a no recip entrance of that site. Also a link back to the hub on the entrance and last gallery page on the site. It boils down to this, you all will build Grouch sites and they will all be linked thru a central Hub site. I'll build the hub site and place the sites on it. Note that "Grouch" is a play on the "Grinch". The theme will be that "Grouch" steals the niches so there is no niche fun for Xmas. He gets his heart back and build the hub to show everyone where they all are. OK, you get the basic theme of it now.

Some basic rules
*All sites are permanent and you do not change them.
*No Free hosted sites, must be on your domain on your hosting.
*No consoles.
*20-30 thumbed pics.
*You will be expected to mirror the entrance page a min. of three times
for 6-9 recips on each mirrored entrance.
*Follow the guidelines in the basic free site NPOW.
*You will be expected to submit these to at least 20 SE's as well.

What you do now
You email me at voltar@vnwr.com with the following info:

Your name/handle and email address INSIDE the email.

The 3 niches you would consider building for in this project.
Label them 1,2,3 as your first choice, second choice and third choice. I'll get all the niches sorted from the ones I receive, and the first ones I get, get first choice on niches. So the sooner you get them in to me the better chance of getting the niche you want. If all three are taken already, I'll choose one for you i think will match your talents. And confirm it with you prior to next mondays NPOW. I will let you know which niche you will build for in part two of this project. Reason being is that there will be no more than 3 sites per niche, and the first three to email that niche gets that niche. I then go down to choices 2 and 3 to get the niches filled. Saturday at Midnight EST(New York Time) is the cutoff time to email me these. Next Monday at 9pm EST the list will be in the NPOW, As well as details of the Grouch Illusion and hints on how to carry it out.

Post on the VNWR board that you are in this weeks Xmas NPOW.

Well lets see who is up for a big community project!
