Write three get well cards. A basic one page, full page ad in that format. Have them go to a sponsor of course :) Make them SE ready and niche oriented. Get them found in the search engines and people will actually send them to other people, and you'll get some signups that way even :)

Interlink them, from a front page, and as time goes by add to them. You'll get some good things going here as people come back and send to friends. Having an e-mail link or box for convenience is cool too, so that they click on it and it sends an e-mail to the friend they want. Via their own e-mail thing program. I've shown this trick before so you'll find it if you look around a bit :)
