Getting Started With TGP2
By
Colin Delia
Building TGP2 galleries is an ideal pursuit for the new adult site webmaster. Compared to building traditional TGP galleries, you will find that it is much easier to get listed, that the time to get listed is shorter, and that profit margins are much higher. You will also find that it takes less time to build a TGP2 gallery. This is a unique time in the history of TGP2. Now is the perfect time to start building TGP2 galleries.
What exactly is a TGP2 gallery? A TGP2 gallery is one which has between 1 and 5 clickable thumbs leading to a larger image, up to 15 non-clickable thumbs, and no recips to regular TGPs. Why up to 15 non-clickable thumbs? The idea is to "tease" the surfer. Show him that there is material that he cannot get for free. A TGP2 gallery maker is also permitted to place each full-sized picture on an HTML page with an advertisement both above and below the picture. By giving away less content, the surfer has less of a chance of finding what they want. This leads to a greater probability of purchasing an adult site membership. Higher sign-up ratios!
To get started, I recommend building the simplest TGP2 gallery possible. Build a gallery that has 5 pics across with a banner and a text link above the thumbs and a text link below. If you need a free host try Xingster. Xingster is a free host catering exclusively to TGP2 gallery makers. After building your gallery, submit it to the TGP2 gallery pool. The gallery pool is a free service that allows TGP2 gallery makers to list their galleries. TGP2 webmasters frequently add galleries from this list to their databases. You should also use my TGP2 Site Database and submit to all the sites that will accept your style gallery.
It is that simple to get started! You will find that using only five thumbs greatly reduces the time that it takes to build a gallery. This is because you have less pics to crop, thumb, and link. I found that I can build a TGP2 gallery in less than half the time it takes to build a traditional TGP gallery.
