You know you need to do it. You plan on doing it. You probably started to do it at one point. But as time passed things fell to the way side. Now is the time to get orginized. While I can't cover everything, I'll cover the major items here and help you get laid out and ready to work faster and more orginized. Keep the link to VNWR.com and the DFN Weekly outside of any folder, as they will be some of your most used links. Well, I hope they are at least.

Make the following main folders in your favorites:

- Sponsors
- Traffic
- My Sites
- Content
- Help Pages
- Misc.

Inside of the "Sponsors" folder make these folders:

Per Sign Up
Recurring
AVS
Banners
Misc.

Place in each of those subfolders the appropriate links. (hint, include your username and password in the actual url name if you are the only one who has access to this computer, even if its automatic, some day you will need them). In the Banners subfolder, you place links to any online cache of banners that you have access too, this could be on your own domains.

Inside of the "Traffic" folder make these folders:

TGP
TGP2
SE
Link List
Top Lists
Misc. Traffic
Recip Pages (templates)

Place in each of those subfolders the appropriate links.

Inside of the "My Sites" folder make these folders:

TGP
TGP2
Free Sites
AVS Sites
SE Pages
NPOWs
Misc.

Place in each of those subfolders a complete set of subfolders named after each domain you own. Then place the link to each site, gallery, or page in it's own subfolder according to it's type and domain. This makes finding them when you need them, a whole lot faster. Save each site and page as soon as you make it and upload it, and you then never forgget about a site, or lose it. you can find it conviently to submit or list now and in the future.

Inside of the "Content" folder make these folders:

General
Niche
Misc.
Feeds

Place the correct links in these and find them quickly when you are looking for new content. In the Niche subfolder, make more subfoders for each niche you have links for, this too will improve the speed of which you find items when you need them.

Inside of the "Help Pages" folder make these folders:

NPOWs
Tutorials
Color
HTML
SE
Misc.
Mine

Place the correct links to the help items in thier correct folder.

Inside of the "Misc." folder make these folders:

Mine
Temp
Keep
News

Place the apprpriate links in those folders as well.

From now on when you save something to your favorites, you have them laid for you in a business manner and where you can find them again in a very easy, quick, and managable manner. You are getting this article from a guy who has over 10,000 favorites bookmarked for various reasons. I know this will help you, as it has me as well.

Enjoy and profit!
