No, I'm not talking about spammers on the board. But snow flakes. Yes it's that time of year where you should get your game plan together for this coming winter.

I know its just the start of Sept., but it's important for your business to have your business plan for this winter ready and in place as soon as possible. This will allow you, like a chess player, to move the elements into place to capitolize on the fall and winter traffic.

Some of the things you should have in place/gather and list are:

- What types of sites and galleries you intend to build.

- How you are going to interlink those sites and galleries (the internal linking structure).

- What was your best 3 sponsors from last winter (if you we webmastering last winter).

- What was your best 3 sponsors during this summer.

- How you will present all of them in a filter type of internal system to maximize the qaulity of the surfers.

- Fresh links type sites to submit to, as well as evaluating how the ones you are currently using are doing for you.

- What types of page setups are doing best for you in the search engines at present.

- Check and update your work smarter not harder project site.

- What new and fresh templates are you going to use for sales purposes.

- Content for sales oriented sites and pages(what amount do you need that you don't have on hand).

- Ads designed for the holidays.

Gather all this info together and lay it out in a solid game plan for this winter. you will find there are some things you will need to start almost immediately to have in place and ready to rock the surfers from our best selling season, winter. Before you know it, the first flakes of winter will be falling and then you'll find yourself scrambling and behind. Go ahead and do it now and be ready for your winter on the net. You'll only profit from it.
