Happy graphics

The following example is designed to get the wheels rolling for creating our own background tiles.
1. Select File -> New and create an image not larger than 144 pixels square.

2. Use your skills (and the tools from the toolbar) to create an image for your site's background tile. Create something that relates to your site's theme. If you make a spanking site, how 'bout some pink buttcheeks? Or a whip for that Femdom site. Maybe a candy cane for Christmas. Well, I won't win awards today for creativity, but hopefully you get the gist.

3. For the example below, I selected the elliptical marquee tool and made a circle, filled with yellow, and used the paintbrush tool to draw the facial features. Pretty good, huh?

4. Save final file as a .gif.

Once you have created a pattern or image you would like to use on your site, it is quite simple to do with a little html in the BODY tag as follows:

<body background="yourimage.gif">
</body>
</html>
