A Little Basic Sales CJ

VNWR's Newbie Project Of the Week

This project is a two part one.

The first part we cover how to make a sale

The second part we will put that to use in a little CJ action.

Special Note:
While this may seem a lot at first it is only one link per page and will go very quickly once you start it. So don't get all bogged down thinking it'll take forever. Once you have your sponsors picked and make the first one all you have to do is cut and paste some codes and text from then on. So try it and you'll see it go very quickly. Hand build this one, NO fancy software, it will only slow down your pages. Average newbie completion time: Less than one day

Targeting and Making the Sale

This is not where I write the text for you or tell you to become psychic. This is where I give you a nice general list of items to follow when creating a single sales ad pitch. When setting up your sales pitch on your sites and galleries try to do two examples of these following/using most if not all the below

Note: This is a good checklist to judge a site on that your not making sales with but are getting traffic to.

  • Is your ad targeted to your traffic and promoted niche?
  • Is your ad the number one thing on that page (it should be)?
  • Did you catch the surfers attention with your ad?
  • Did you use ad text or ad text around a banner complimenting it?
  • Is your ad text in short easy to follow bites or long boring strings?
  • Does your ad reflect what the sponsor tour will be when the surfer gets there?
  • Is the sales text way to small or way to large (font size)?
  • Did you make each following ad harder hitting than the one before it?
  • Did you tell the surfer to click?
  • Did you present the sponsor as the best thing since sliced bread?
  • Did you tell the surfer about things he can't get for free?
  • Did you check your linking code to the sponsor to make sure its correct?

    Well there you go.

Create 2 text ads following those and try them out on some sites you have already listed and getting traffic, but also try them using a new sponsor for each, so all sales and clicks to that sponsor comes from those ads. This is a good fast way to judge the effectiveness of those ads for yourself and do use any niche that you are now promoting. This works for all of them, but better the more targeted you get in any niche.

Part Two - the text CJ

Do this part of the project after you feel you are creating ads based on the above. This is really very simple to do and to follow, so don't try to over think it and make it confusing.

  • "An editor should have a pimp for a brother, so he'd have someone to look up to."
    Gene Fowler

"To be clever enough to get a great deal of money, one must be stupid enough to want it"
    G.K. Chesterton

    First, pick 14 categories
Not subniches, but different categories. So having Lesbians, Lesbian bondage, and Lesbian strap-ons would NOT be 3 different categories. The category would be Lesbian, for the next one then you choose something totally different. Type in all 14 of these categories in a basic text editor like NotePad. Find 2 sponsors for each category and place their link codes under each category name. After that, write 2 sales text ads for each category (one for each of the sponsors) place them under the categories, under the link codes. Save that page. It will be what you cut and paste off of for the following.

Time to create a couple of very basic text pages. Pick a half dozen or so colors to make the backgrounds of these pages. Make the text ads stand out against that color. You will place ONE single sponsor text ad on a page. Center the link on it, no tables. It needs to be fast loading. Make it very large, H1 size is fine. Copy and paste from the page you made above for these links. For each category you will pick one page of the two that will load up front. This page will launch the second page in that category in the background. A self blur.

The first page will have an exit console on it that will open the front text page of the second "category", Thus starting the same cycle over again for the next catagory. On the second page of the first catagory, have an exit console that opens the actual sponsor of the first page of the first category. Continue thru all categories and link the 14th category to launch the 1st one.

Making this a continuing circle jerk, a circle that the surfer can't get out of, and exposing him to lots of targeted chances for sales to your sponsors

This should help most of you visualize it.

For "each" category you have this:
    Page ONE
Single large targeted text link only
Launches page two as a self blur
Exit console launches "next" category page one
    Page Two
Single large targeted text link only
Exit console launches Actual sponsor from page one

    Special Notes
These should be full sized pages. So when you pop one of them via console or blur, make it at least 640w x 480h (w=width h=height).

No need to make them target equals new, because you already have a second targeted page launched.

This is a No Content, Zero Graphic, Project. Do NOT submit this to any link type sites. But do have every page SE ready and submit them to the Spider SE's 3 pages per day per domain max, 20 SE's minimum.

As an even further Advanced project
You can launch small entrance consoles from the page two's, which have 3-4 small links on them to toplists spread these around so your using at least 4-6 toplists and have the incoming traffic feed a hub page. This hub page has only links going out to the 14 categories and maybe a general ad or two..

Thus making this a virtual cj if you pick toplists from several different time zones :)

    Enjoy and profit everyone!
