A lot of things in this business are changing lately.

Many people feel these issues to be overwhelming and destructive to 'our' way of life.

We see processing companies going under, Sponsors changing thier payout schedules and an ever increasingly difficult environment in which to work.

The only thing that we can consistantly depend upon is that everything changes.

What is normal today, will be history tommorrow. We have only the chance to affect things now and in the future, rather than the past.

So what are we to do? Some folks are throwing in the towel, some are going along 'business as usual' and a very VERY select few are seeing opportunity.

But what kind of opportunities are there? Look around. As something disappears, it leaves a void, and nature abhors a void. Now, you can sit back and watch as 'something' rushes in to fill that void, or,,,,,,,,be the one watched.

It all boils down to attitude. Do you want to live your life (and run your business) in a reactive mode? Always having to make changes based on the events of others?

Persoanlly, I rather enjoy approaching things from an ACTVE perspective.

In a nutshell, that means:

Having backup processing online and ready to go.

Having backups of ALL our work in an organized, ready-to-upload format.

Actively seeking out relationships that spread the liability of traffic ebbs.

Collaberating on projects that are cutting edge and far out front of the competition.

Being creative in our marketing so trouble is minimized.

But wait! This is VNWR. We ARE doing all of those things and more!

Isn't it a relief to know we have each other and can look past the 'chicken littles' of the world?
