This weeks NPOW will seem very easy to do at first, and as you do it you will come to realize how much you really do have in your net empires. In the end you will find you have been doing and building quite alot, And this project will also show you where you need to build more for too. We are building a Site Map for your domain. It's not really a map. It's a directory or listing of sorts, of your site. Pick a domain of yours that you have built on already. In the root directory of your domain you will create a page called sitemap.html. This page will be entirely HTML based, no scripts, no graphics. It may be very large and heavy from just the text, so don't slow it down. You get to grow it as you expand on your domain, So just because thier may not be tons there yet, doesn't mean not to do this project, you will use it in the future, so build it now.

Building the Site Map

I made this much easier to understand by creating a graphic you can see by clicking Here. Follow along on it as I tell you what to place on it, below.

First you need to add a descriptive word to your sites domain name. Make this match the niche of the domain.

EXAMPLE: XXX BBWS Fat Site Map

If you are doing a more general domain, then use words like Naughty, Wild, Wicked, etc..

EXAMPLE: Voltars.com Naughty Links

Do not use the word "Free" unless it's in your domain name it's self. You will get better quality search engine traffic from people looking for the stuff you have and not just free stuff. Use this as you pages name, it goes up top.

Next a simple little table with a half dozen sponsors paysites names links to them. You should match the domains niche with these sponsors. This is commonly now days called a money bar. Take the same half dozen sponsor sites links and place them in the middle of the site map page as well. But be creative on how you table them here, make it different than the top money bar table.

Now you are going to list every single page on you domain, That isn't inside an exclusive AVS style site. This includes "all" mirrored entrances and all pages of the sites you have on the domain. It also includes any TGP or TGP2 galleries you have there as well, including mirrors of them. Yes, this will become a bulky page. But the more pages you have listed, the larger of a site the SE's will consider you to be. And more pages to get listings in the SE's.

You'll be suprised at the extra traffic recip. names with your pages keywords can bring you. When putting link on the site map, Don't get creative, use simply the niche name linked to your page. This will filter enough for this project and Give your link relevency as well as keywords on the site map.

EXAMPLE 1: an Asian TGP Gallery = Asian in the gallery section.

EXAMPLE 2: an Asian TGP2 Gallery = Asian in the gallery section.

EXAMPLE 3: an Asian Cyber Age AVS entrance = Asian in the AVS section, under Cyber Age.

You get the idea.

Info Type Pages

List all the FPAs, and hubs you have in this section

AVS Style entrances

List all the AVS type places you use and list all thier entrances under thier name. Include premium AVS sites here as well.

Free Site entrances

List all the free site entrances here. Include all mirrored entrance pages.

Site main pages

List of your sites main pages here.

Misc. Pages

List all the internal pages and any other type of pages here, not otherwise covered. Note, do NOT list your personal help pages on the site map at all, such as the Work Smarter, Not Harder NPOW. You only want pages that are sales oriented, not private ones.

Galleries

List all your tgp and tgp2 type galleries here. Include all mirrored recip. pages as well. This should be the bottom section, as you want to offer non content pages first.

Submiting it

Yes, submit it to every spider SE you can think of. Also place a link to it on a page of your own that already gets SE spiders.

Every day when you build and upload, in addition to your normal SE submits. Take the 5 minutes and add those pages to the site map. This will assit you in getting spidered and found better, faster, And make your site look bigger in the eyes of the SE spiders. Which in some SEs can mean an extra little bump up when it comes to listings.
