Stars and Plan Its

Hello and welcome to the year 2006! I hope everyone made the transition safe, sound and in a suitably celebratory fashion.

2005 was certainly quite a year! So much happening on and off the net. For me personally it was quite a stressful year for numerous reasons and I was glad to see it go. But it had it`s good times as well. I`m just hoping this year will be a much better one and plan to do all I can to make it be so.

Did you make any resolutions this year? Even if you have`nt you are probably like I am and instead of resolutions you have "plans". Plans for greater things to be accomplished through renewed vigor and a fresh outlook. Building on what we already have and expanding as we usually intend to do. But with a "plan".

I always feel better not having a "resolution". They seem forced to me and inflexible. I know whatever plans are laid need to be gotten on and employed none the less. But for some reason I feel more in control of my plans if I have not strung them on like a weight on my back.

But is`nt that what resolutions are anyhow? Yes but for me it`s about looking at them differently just like I do my plans for the coming year. Our plans are but an altered thought process away. In the same place our dreams and reality meet. All in our head.

Whatever resolutions or plans you have made for the coming year I wish you all the best with them. And I hope all your dreams can become realities. Many of them can and will with a combination of clear thinking and brute force work. As long as your plan keeps filling up the middle!

"If you want to be a star, plan it!"

Peace, prosperity and perpetual progress.
